When an order is placed with Heroes Club and all of the billing and shipping information

Returned items must be in its original condition and original packing with all attachments.
All seals must be intact. Open seal packing such as the box wrapping or tape seal WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund/exchange.
We are a small size company and we do not have an installment policy , deposit will be forfeited if payment is not received within 7 days .

Exchanges and refunds on all other purchases must be made within 7 business days from date of receipt.
Please contact us ASAP for a RMA number on all returned items to insure proper credits. Any returned items without a RMA number may prolong the credit process or the possibility of credit refusal.
